Love these skates!!! Bought them for both of my daughters this season as I am tired of buying new skates each winter. The size medium we purchased fit girls size 2-5 so we should get a few years outnof these. Quality is great and look super cute.
We love these skates. I bought the blue for my son and pink for my daughter and I couldn't have made a better purchase. They love them. This is our first season of skating. Many of the rental skates that we tried did not have enough support for my kids but these were a hit from the start.
Bought 2 pairs of these skates for my 9 year old twin daughters. My girl's first time on ice skates was with these skates. They have great ankle support. As beginner skaters, my girls easily stood up and learned how to ice skate shortly after getting on the ice. My girls have been roller blading with the same type of adjustable skates. Practice with the roller blades gave my girls the confidence to get on the ice with the ice skates.
Love that it's adjustable. Good snug fit. The only thing i didn't like is it has toe stoppers which it clearly showed in the advertised pictures it was a solid hockey skate (no toe stops.) The boys skates don't have toe stoppers.
Good choice for a beginner
I bought two pairs of these ice skates, small and medium. Small size is fitting perfect to my 7 yrs old daughter and Medium size is fitting perfect for 10 yrs old without any adjustment. I hope they can use at least two more years.
I don't know much about ice skating but these skates seem ok for the price. Remember that you have to have them sharpened before first use.
Gave as a Christmas gift. Girls loved them.
My daughter like her ice skate there easy to put and adjustable. I can tell you that the small fits youth 12-2, and the large fits 6-9. Also, remember that these are HOCKEY SKATE NOT FIGURE SKATE. I sign my kids up for lessons and they told me this was the wrong shoe for figure skating because the tips are not around at the end. Keep that in mind.
I bought these skates for my daughter because they were adjustable and she could wear them for 2 or 3 years. They seem to be comfortable, BUT the problem is the ankle straps don't stay fastened!! We were constantly having to refasten them, but they just don't stay. Its just too hard to skate without ankle support so I had to find some old velcro straps I had gotten years ago with a pair of roller blades and use them around her ankles. They should have just used velcro on these skates in the first place that would have been much better. I just read some reviews from other websites and many people seem to have this ankle strap problem. I rated them 2 stars because they are adjustable and comfortable, but if your ankle straps are faulty and you don't have something at home you can put around them for support, these skates will pretty much be worthless.
