This is a great unit.. I have had is for a while and smoked a lot of different meats on it... I wish I had gotten the bigger unit, the wider one, because on this one I have to cut a rack of ribs in half to make them fit... But overall, I could not be happier!
Good Eats A newer model of smokey mountain smoker that I had for 10 years before the burner failed
We order this smoker and received it within 3 business days. My husband had never smoked ribs. His first go at with this smoker was awesome. They fell off the bone. We also have a green egg but this was great for stacking the ribs. I would definitely recommend this!
