Our infant speech pathologist recommended a straw cup in lieu of a typical spouted sippy cup to protect our baby's oral development. We gave her this cup with breastmilk in it at age six months just to experiment, and she has done great with it far earlier than we expected. The shape makes it easy to hold without relying on handles (since adult cups don't really have handles and the goal is to get the child ready for adult cups). The all-silicone straw has a rounded top, which I feel is much safer on the roof of her mouth than a blunt straw. The twistable straw-hiding feature is perfect for fridge storage.
Pros: -The Lansinoh straw cup is really easy for my daughter to hold. -I love the fact that it has a rubber straw (that doesn't leak). -The bottom of the cup has grippy material on it so it doesn't slide when she sets it down. -The top can twist to completely hide the straw, which is nice when we are traveling! -It's really easy to clean -It's easy to throw in the diaper bag Cons: -It's a little bit pricey -The cup sweats when you put ice in it You can read my full review on my blog: http://thenaptimereviewer.blogspot.com
This is great product but the measurement numbers would have been more dark or bold, it is hard to read. Overall I am satisfied with this product.
The best product out there for my daughter to drink out of! But the rocking can be annoying.
I really like this cup it's one of the best sippy cups out there. A lot of cups claim to be slip proof, but that is not always the case. Momma's sippy cup is totally SLIP PROOF! My daughter is 15 months and take a couple of sips and throws her cup down. Now I don't have to wipe milk off of everything. The only thing I don't like about the cup is that it's wobbly and you have to be careful when poring luiqids into the cup. It has tipped over once while filling it up. So caution on that, but other than that it's great!
