I had a Hygeia breast pump for my first baby in 2019, and I didn't care for it. I love that this Lanisoh breast pump has lots of available accessories, its very portable, and it doesn't cost much compared to other name brands. The fact that there is rubber lining the edges of the flanges (the part that is against your breast) makes it far more comfortable than the hard plastics flanges on other pumps. The various speed/strength settings are also helpful. It was totally worth the money, and I highly recommend it! If you want to be even more efficient, definitely purchase additional Lanisoh breastmilk storage bottles. It helps take the pressure off of washing the bottles after every single use.
She asked for something she could use quickly for her daughter and she donates her milk to the local hospital. She loves it.
Works well. I like the multiple speeds and multiple pump styles. It's also an easy brand to purchase new parts for, such as if you need a different size flange.
I was looking for a easier pump for me to have around the house, and this one is perfect! I have had it for about 4 week now and the pump isn't wearing out! When I would use other pumps I found myself changing the membranes often, and this one is still going. Easy to use. I always get a good amount of milk for my little one in 20 or less minutes. It is well worth the money you spend on it!!
I absolutely love this pump! It does exactly what it claims to do. I love how it's not very loud like other pumps! Very minimal noise! Perfect for this full-time working mom! Also is much more comfortable compared to many other pumps I've tried in the past. Does not make me sore and I recommend this product to all my lactating friends!
I have both the Medela and the Lanisinoh. I prefer the Lanisinoh. By the way its a new thing this year 2014. If you ARE a breastfeeding mother your insurance company must provide a free pump. I didn't know that, that is why I have two. I put the Lansinoh on my registry. I love their products. Not only do I prefer the pump, but the breast pads also. The pump has a few parts but it is real easy to use. It has not made me sore and I have been using it for over two weeks. ( I did try the Medela a few times in between.)
I absolutely love this pump I used the Medela pump in style advanced and I just didn't like it . This pump has great suction , it shows how long you've pumped which is amazing, and it's so comfortable. Seriously for the price you can't beat it. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it does make a click noise while pumping and is a little loud But other than that this is a great purchase
Love the pump especially the price! I just dislike the small pieces so many things to wash and if you lose one piece the whole thing doesn't work.
I first had the lansinoh manual pump with works fine but took too much time. So i bought this one thinking it would be better. The first few days it was great. But then the little pieces you connect the tubes to broke off. The tubes got stuck and when i finally took them off the pieces broke. I didnt even have it a full week. Very cheaply made if you ask me. Not worth the money. Guess i will have to look into another one.
It works, but it's not convenient, discreet, or hands free. I can't get anything else done when I need to pump. I can't even hold my baby. I have to be prepared to sit and do nothing, and I can only stand that/afford that for 20 minutes at a time which never yields 2 full bottles, only 1 at most. It's simple to put together after you do it once, and (I've been using it for 4 weeks) nothing on it has failed. Except one time I tried to use only one of the pumps and tried to close the second tube with what I had assumed was its cap (I didn't have the instructions next to me), but it wouldn't stay in place. So, when I need to use only one pump, I have to pinch the other tube closed which wears out my hand to hold shut for 20 minutes at a time.
