i dont know what i would have done wothout these!! i was struggling with pumping (none that i tried would work for me) theyd just leave me very engorged. it was to the point that even hand expression and feedings werent relieving it either. once these came in i warmed then and used them for 20 minutes before a feeding with some gental massaging and it RELIEVED the engouragment!! now i use them regularly to help prevent my breasts from getting to that state again. and i use them after feedings and pumping sessions as cool packs to bring comfort afterwards!
These saved me from quitting nursing! I wish I had purchased these with my first child. They work really well. I only use them so far for freezing but they stay frozen for as long as I need and stay put and dont move.
Every breastfeeding mom must try these. I use them before pumping or breastfeeding. Wonderful if you are engorged or just need a little relief before or after a feed. I also use the lansinoh lanolin and breast pads, they are the best out of all the products I have tried before.
I've used them to help with the letdown process and it's been amazing. I went from pumping for an hour and a half (I have oversupply) to 35 minutes when I use them. It helped with a clogged duct that wouldn't budge on both manual and electric pumps or a warm shower. I have heard it works differently for each person. I hope this can help someone give it a go and it work just as well or even better for them.
I use these for heat therapy... they are wonderful to sooth sore breasts! They helped to work out clogged ducts and especially helped to encourage quick let downs. I wear these for 5 min before nursing, or will wrap them around while pumping. Very soothing. I only ordered one set and they are working great, but will be ordering another to keep in the freezer :)
I'm currently pregnant, I was not expecting to have as much breast pain this early (16 weeks) but this morning I woke up and I wanted to cry! I ordered these ice packs so I could pick them up on my lunch break. I got 2 sets so I can have one set always frozen and later I plan to use one for heat. They are amazing, so much relief! They even come with a fabric sleeve so you're not putting the hot or cold packs straight on your skin. There are not enough stars available to give this product. It an expectant or nursing mama's Hail Mary!
OMG, these were amazing for when your boobs would swell and your nipples will be sore from breast-feeding. Also, for when you start to wean off of breast-feeding, definitely come in handy for when your boobs swell.
These heating pads applied 10-15 minutes before pumping have really helped me to increase milk supply. They are easy to use and convenient to store. I’m glad I’ve found them.
These are very nice for the heating part. I use them before and after pumping. They help a lot with blockedmilk ducts. I have not used thefreezer part of these yet.
I love how quickly these freeze so if you need some relief from breastfeeding or pumping I would recommend these. Although if you can get a gel ice pack I would recommend those over these. When these freeze they are pretty much stuck in their shape unless you let them thaw a little. Also against body heat they don't stay super frozen for long but they do give you relief!
