Really moves a lot of air. Sometimes on low I still need to angle it away from me. It does make the normal level of noise. Very happy with this purchase.
took awhile to get here but it was well worth the wait!!! got it together in 4 minutes flat pretty much and it works awesome!!! so glad I went with this one and also all the great reviews. you want a fan that pushes air this one is for you!! and you will only need it on the lowest one!!! I'm not sure why other people said it was loud it's no louder than any other fan I think it's pretty quiet to be honest.
I WAS NOT SURE ABOUT IT BUT WHEN I GOT IT I PUT IT TOGETHER IN A MERE 2 MINS AND PLUGGED IT IN AND SPEED 1 WAS HOLY COW ,SPEED 2 WAS GET THE PAPER , SPEED 3 WAS AMAZING...! ! YOU COULD BLOW DRY YOUR HAIR LOL...FOR REAL.. THANKS WALMART FOR SELLING SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT..!!
It's a fan. Puts out a lot of air! I keep mine on low most of the time. Its quiet with just the right amount of breeze. Still too hot? Crank it up. Worth the money.
It was everything I had hoped it would be. I have to sleep year round with a fan and my old one was on its last leg. After reading reviews I ordered this fan, so glad I did. The airflow is amazing, I had to turn on low at first then build up to high, it's that good! Highly recommend if you like lots of air.
I have had Lasko Fan's for many years and I have never been disappointed. This is the first time that I have the 18" and it is amazing how strong the air flows through the room. I believe I will not be using my Air Conditioner as much this year having this Fan.
This is built for hot summers in the desert. I had to get it ..it's been over 105every day for two weeks .... I wouldn't have made it without this fan
This is my second fan one is in our living room one is in the bedroom. I use to believe in this "stand fans" till I got my first Lasko 1820. The blade has a pitch that moves so much air on low it will blow mail off the table. I would not think twice about getting this fan if you need just a little more help with your A/C are heating in your home. We love both of ours easy to clean low power usage.
I bought this for my bedroom but it is really too large and powerful for a small room. Would be fine in living room . It is little on the noisy side also and you would want a quieter one for bedroom. I bought a 16" after this for the bedroom . There was a part missing too that I had to call Lasko customer service for and they sent it out. Good customer service.
This product is not 54" tall. The whole fan with the exception of the motor is plastic. I was disappointed in this Lasko product. We have a very old one that is not working correctly and this new one is not anywhere near the quality of the old. But, we need a fan so we will keep it and will be in the market to upgrade.
