I bought one of these fans 7 years ago and I would sincerely recommend the Breeze Machine to anyone who wants a fan that is quiet and powerful. I have COPD and have the fan on me all night long while I am sleeping, so over the past 7 years I have put at least 20,000 hours on my first Breeze Machine. The only reason I purchased a second one is because after the last cleaning of the origional fan it has started to not work as well as it did when it was new (Starts up slow and makes noises sometimes). I am looking toward to the new fan lasting as long as my first one did.
Happy with the fan. SUPER QUIET. If you want a fan to sleep with, this is the one. Gives a decent breeze and no loud noise from it. Plug and play, no set up, assembly required.
I was looking for a fan that I could use while I was sleeping because of hot flashes that I experienced at night. I was very pleased at how quiet it was and how well the airflow was distributed. It , for me, is definitely quiet enough to sleep through. I give this purchase a definite thumbs up!
This fan is the only one that I know of and have tried in which I can easily open the fan and clean it of accumulated dust
I ordered this fan on-line from Walmart.com. This a very very quiet fan. I can sleep although the night without any loud noise. It adjusts in all directions,you can even sit it on a dresser or desk. I love it and I hope it last for a long time.
I just needed a small, quiet fan for my work area to create a breeze. This fan, alike most Lasko fans is just what I needed. It is a nice size, not too small nor too big. Very quiet, even on high setting, puts out a good amount of air. Wouldn't purchase any other brand of fans.
This fan has good airflow and is mostly quiet. However it vibrates on a hard surface and "walks". Also makes lots of noise on a hard surface. On a carpeted floor it does great. If I put it on a table or desk, I put towel under it. Stops the vibration and noise.
this fan was exactly what i wanted... that is for the 1st two days it was. its whisper quiet and had a great breeze on low. after the second day, however, i had to turn it up on hi to feel the breeze. after about a week it was barely blowing or circulating air at all. the motor was obviously already starting to burn out. altho it did stay quit, no whining or vibration sounds but, it just lost power way too quickly. i returned this fan to my local store. no problem w/ a reciept. and bought a lasko 12" oscillating table fan for just a few bucks more. i absolutely love it. ive had it a few months and it hasnt lost any motor power. and its super quiet. u can only hear the sound of the breeze coming from it. its very much worth its price. i do not recommend this product, the lasko 10" breeze machine. but i do highly recommend the lasko 12" oscillating table fan. note: its available in black or white online. only white available in most stores.
This is a very low velocity fan. It certainly should not be called a Breeze Machine. The one I replaced it with - now that was a breeze. I have this thing on hi and I have to keep checking to make sure it is on. If was supposed to be for my exercise room. This is too substandard for that purpose. I will put it in the bath room to help clear out the steam after I shower. I really regret this purchase!
Worked for two days and stopped.
