Love the Elmo laptop for my great grand-daughter which is 2yrs. old. The product has great learning tools included in which will help with her learning skills as she play

Pretty Cool Little Toy

I try to focus on educational toys for my son, and this definitely fits the bill. He goes back and forth with it, but overall, he enjoys it. When other kids come over to play, someone's usually having fun with it. On rare occasions, some of the tots 'fight' over it.

A Great first computer

This laptop is easy to operate for tots. Has basic learning skills and uses familiar friends to teach. It is very sturdy and easy for little hands to change the cards. Made of heavy plastic, it can really take a beating. Easy for them to carry around as it folds like a briefcase. Well worth the money.

The Elmo computer is almost perfect. My great grandson loved it and will be learning a lot from it. The only problem is that the computer needs to be leaning against something to stay upright. I read about that in other reviews but bought it anyway. Other than that it's a great learning toy for toddlers.

My daughter really enjoys playing with the Elmo laptop, as she is obsessed with Elmo! She is 23 months and although she isn't able to use all of the functions yet, it is clear that she will grow into it. My only complaint is that the laptop tips backwards. We have solved that problem by always putting the laptop against something but it is a bit annoying.

We purchased this for my 21 month old daughter who is in a bit of an Elmo phase. Right now she enjoys randomly pushing the buttons mostly but I'm hoping when she gets a bit older she'll get some of the "educational" benifit from it. I liked that it wasn't as complicated as most "my first laptop" toys but not too babyish either. I also liked that you can change it up with the cards that change the screen. The only annoying thing about it (other than Elmo's voice) is it's tendancy to tip over backward. It works best leaning against something. I think it will be a good car toy on long trips, given it's size. That is if we can stand Elmo in a confined space and it doesn't just fall off her lap.

This toy is very hard for my granddaughter to open up and she has difficulty opening it and the top either falls down when it is open or it has to be kept tilted forward for it to stand upright. It's annoying that it tips over on her all the time. It does fuction as a learning tool but I think I paid too much for this product.

I bought this for my 2-year-old for a Xmas present and although it is very cute, it does not balance itself very nicely. So, everytime she goes to use it, it tips over and gets her uninterested. They should have designed it better. The top is too heavy and that is why it tips. Otherwise, It is worth the money, but I probably wouldn't of purchased it if I knew better.

My son loves Elmo so i bought him this overpriced toy, and it's too heavy, it doesn't stay put when open and when closed it's very ugly. He doesn't even like playing with it because it falls to the back when it's open, very expensive and poorly made.

I bought the elmo laptop thinking it would make a great gift for my 2 1/2 year old, something she could do by herself. concept of the toy was good, that is if it worked. the cards you put into the toy were not llabeled correctly and did not corrispond with what the laptop says, which made for a very useless learning tool. I went on line to get help from the manufaturer and couldn't find any information on the toy
