Taste fresh and it's filing. I usually eat this meal and a fresh fruit as dessert. It holds me for 3.5 to 4 hours, depending on how active I am throughout the day.
I get the alfredo's for the hubby. He especially likes the ones with chicken, although he's not super picky so long as alfredo is in there somewhere. These are simple and quick and taste good. He really does not care so much that they are "diet" meals. if he's trying to lose a few pounds great and if he's not he'll just also eat an entire bag of chips with it too. This meal is mostly about convenience at lunch with him. Something he can make himself with little effort.

I love this entre'! Sometimes the prepared frozen dinners have a taste that is just not enjoyable. However, with this one that is not the case. Excellent offering. No funny taste. Just a nice portion of chicken and noodles and the sauce is nice, thick, and creamy. Heats up in the microwave in ~ five minutes.
for the first time i have truly enjoyed this item, almost all microwaveable items are never good but this was somthing ill order more.
this looks anything like the picture on the outside of the package. There is no "browned" chicken here. There may be a few light "grill" marks on it. If you want it to taste like anything other than a bland floury taste, get your seasonings out.
Two dinner cartons were damaged. One was partially open due to the damage.
Even though there was a nice amount of chicken in the dinner, the chicken was rubbery. The Smart One dinner is MUCH better and a better price.
This item was not delivered. I tried to ask him, but he didn't seem to want to listen %26 just hurried off. 😟
I did not receive this item. It was something I needed and now I will have to purchase it at a greater cost from Rouse's.
