I bought this for my 13yr old daughter. She loves that it is small and sleek. Good for what she uses her laptop for.
It is pretty slow and the case seems weak and thin.
if I could give this 0 stars I would. This is the slowest computer I have ever owned. It's painfully slow. So much so, you'll want to throw it out the window. My guess is they put a CPU in there that belongs in a cheap phone. This is only good for web surfing and just barely at that. If you're expecting to do anything else with this you're going to be disappointed. Don't waste your money.
The device was in great condition but when I turned it on Windows couldn't be loaded the fan was not working the last house. It what's overheating. I have experience with laptop repair and I was able to get to the settings there was a administrator on her with a past where I was able to bypass that. Basically I got a used laptop. I paid full price because I wanted something new even though the laptop was in great condition and I could have fixed it that is not what I paid for the very next day I went to Walmart and I returned it
PC did not work properly. Called Lenovo support to help troubleshoot and was told it was a software issue and that I had to purchase a "software warranty" for nearly twice the cost of the original laptop. Shipping this one back.
