We received this frame very quickly, I was impressed. The frame is magnificent. It was easy to hang and setup. I am really happy with the quality of this item. I like the frame size the image size. Great value for money when it's on sale If I had to find a flaw in this product it would be two fold. 1) The app could be streamlined better. 2)The frame could have a SD card slot.
Easy to set up and nice quality. But, IOS Devices are a little clunky since you can't see shared photo rolls when loading Pictures. The frame limits you to loading only 9 photos at a time.
I'd like to start out with the good: This product is great quality with well though out packaging. and now, on to the bad: It flat out didn't work, impossible to setup as per. the instructions as the "touch" sensitive buttons didn't work. I exchanged the item for another, kudos to Walmart for the quick processing and shipment, but, the replacement item too had the problem with the buttons and was practically useless. Most disappointing.
