[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Thinkpad laptops for years, and they have always performed well. This machine is no exception. I got this to replace my older model X1 Carbon, which was starting to get too slow for my needs. This machine meets and exceeds everything I need it to do. Besides performance, the input also works great. The keyboard and trackpad is a pleasure to use, and it has an excellent selection of ports - something that is lacking on other laptops. The only issue that I've encountered so far is that the fingerprint sensor often takes a few tries to accept the print, though that may be more the result of setting it up poorly on my end.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great laptop that can run anything i need. I use this for school, videogames, and video editing and this laptop is able to run it all with no problem. I also love the overall feel of the laptop. one thing that i wish it had though is an ethernet port but there is an adapter to add one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lenovo ThinkPads are the only laptops that I will ever use again. The other major brands had the hinges break and screens separate after a year or two of use. I finally purchased this new T14s Gen 2 Intel in Storm Grey after 6 or 7 years of using my other Lenovo (which I still use) and I see this one lasting likely up to 10 years. Durability is key in Commercial Real Estate and this Lenovo is essential for the job.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, my new Lenovo is doing great and giving me the speed I need to perform my personal tasks, will keep using it and may have to come back to review this post, but as of now everything is going great. With this one, I have owned 6 Lenovo Laptops and very satisfied. The only downside I find in this laptop is that the letters in the keyboard are not well displayed, especially if the light is reflecting on the keyboard, and in spite that you can enhance the letters appearance with function + space bar (twice), I would rather have preferred the keyboard to be either black (not grey) or the letters to be illuminated with a stronger color so they can be easily identified without having to enhance the keyboard as it says above, which is temporarily by the way, once you shut down the laptop, it will go back to its default view.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My job gave me a Lenovo Thinkpad for work and I absolutely fell in love. I was previously using a HP for my personal laptop but the battery life just wasn't cutting it for me and I had battery related issues within the warranty period. Using my ThinkPad became a 180 change. I didn't have to worry about not carrying my charger around everywhere, it had way more storage space, and just ultimately made my life easier. I loved it so much I replaced my personal HP with my own Lenovo.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is great. It fits my needs, though I wish it had i9 cpu.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love the lightweight but sturdy T14. Its a bit frightening how light it is but so far I'm pleased with the fit and finish. It has all the power I need for side project development. My only complaint is that I have a little bit of an issue getting the fingerprint reader to work consistently.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great laptop overall. Battery life is more than a few hours, while watching videos. I haven't had any bottleneck problems while programming and streaming; I plan to game a bit and don'tsee that being an issue either. TouchPad can be a little sensitive but I think I am just used to my old laptop. I only wish it had an upgradable memory slot. That would make this laptop 5 stars for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this laptop for about 2 weeks. So far, the highlights have been the feel of the keyboard, solid build, and display. I am mostly using the computer for work and coding. It is meeting all of my needs, but I am a little disappointed with its speed when running more computationally intensive programs. Next time I will opt for a larger CPU (my model has an i5 processor).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The system and charging rate are fast. The item is very portable. It has not overheated yet even during the warm days.
