Although the horrors and atrocities of the World War II Nazi death camps are well documented and frequently discussed, less well-known are the subsequent events that brought the monsters who ran the camps to justice. In lieu of remaining in one place to be tried and sentenced, many of the wily Nazis fled into hiding, holing up in such countries as Bolivia and Argentina. Branding these actions unacceptable, a small yet fiercely courageous group of avengers and secret agents banded together and began a systematic round-up of Holocaust practitioners. The documentary series Nazi Hunters recounts many of these stories, with the majority of episodes eacb devoted to one Nazi subject. This collection includes eight such episodes with subjects such as Herbert Cukurs, Adolf Eichmann, Klaus Barbie and Erich Priebke.
