We bought this camera to accommodate our 2nd baby and it is all that we want it a camera. Great picture quality, excellent sound and best of all is the peep mode which saves the battery life significantly. We did have an issue with the back stand breaking but called customer service and they're sending us one right away. Ila was a pleasure to deal with. Honest and professional.
I received this as a gift and love it. Set up was super easy and the picture quality is great. I fond the microphone quality a bit poor - no matter how softly I speak it always seems to come out blaring on the monitor. Additionally, the sound quality is a little grainy in the receiver. However, I think this product offers excellent quality and would recommend.
I'm loving a lot of the features of the product; peep mode, simple setup, sleep monitor, talk back, battery life, additional camera options. Things I would like to see improved. Longer cord on camera, tilt on camera, not so sensitive peep mode for level 1
This was bought for my great grandson and my granddaughter called it amazing so I bought the second one for another great grandson and got the same response so needless to say I will give it a thumbs up as a very good monitor
We just received this item from a friend and it gives us a perfect crisp view of our son, in complete darkness like it was day light. i would recommend this to anyone who is still a little nervous about leaving their newborn unattended because it has provided complete comfort for me as well as my wife LOVE IT!!!!!!! oh and i love that i can speak through the camera, because he has woken up and just the sound of our voices through the receiver has put him back to sleep. can thank you guys enough for putting out such a great product.
My husband and I just bought this product and are pleased. The set up was almost totally self-explanatory and quite simple. The video quality is good and we are pleased with the two way voice quality as well. The night vision camera feature works well also. The lullabies on the camera are refreshingly pleasing and not the same old sounds everyone else plays. We are looking forward to using this monitor with our upcoming newborn.
Its a good product, monitor has a good quality picture, I think the camera can be better if have a better design to be mount on the wall
*After owning a "summer" monitor, I was impressed by how slim this monitor was when I first received it. It's nice to have the microphone feature, but I have to make sure I whisper into it. Otherwise, it sounds like I am shouting on the other end. *I like how clear I can see my children, BUT the lighting has to be JUST right. In the mornings, all I see is darkness because the amount of light coming through the blinds is just enough to keep it in day mode, but I can not see anything. That aspect was highly disappointing. *It's great that you can have multiple cameras connected to the same video monitor. However, in order to be aware of all my children, the video screen has to be ON all the time. Otherwise, I have to choose only one child to have it in "peep" mode (screen only pops on where there is a noise). Unfortunately, that's what I have to do at night so that the light on the screen doesn't keep me up. *I like that the monitor lets me know when the battery is about to run out, but only to a certain extent! There have been many nights where I have been scared by the LOUD beeping that it makes when the battery is starting to run low. Now, when I go to sleep, I throw it on the charger if there are 2 bars or less, to avoid that problem. *I mentioned the slim design, but a negative to the design is its "slip", or simply its easel that props it up. It's very cheaply made and has already broken on me. Customer service was great and sent me out a new one, right away, without any cost to me. However,I don't look forward to having to purchase a new one and paying the hefty shipping cost :-( *Overall, I this monitor is not a complete disappointment, but if I could do things all over again, I may have gone with a different brand, or at least done more research.
Bought this item once baby stated moving around. It was a good price for 2 cameras and one handheld monitor. I was very happy and impressed to begin with especially since this brand was new to me. I was a little skeptical about ordering from a unknown baby product company but when I saw that product came with warranty I decided to try. Everything was great the picture was clear, the peep feature and sound option was also great, the design. The over all look and size was great bc i could take it room to room with me. I would just stand on the little kickstand and do my work while baby slept. Unfortunately one day ( 2 weeks ago) the little kickstand broke. I didnt drop it or use without care, I just set it up to stand and noticed it was breaking. I called Amazon they directed me to customer service for company. They asked for details, pics and I sent right away...2-3 weeks later....have not recieved anything not even an apology. Now I have to find a little towel to lean this on each time I use which is very inconvienant. For this reason I would not recoomend and lack of customer service (from company not Amazon- they are awesome) I wish i wouldve bought another brand.
I bought about a year ago. When it works right it is amazing. When it doesn't it's very frustrating.
