I only know my Hello Tech's first name, Danny. Danny was Professional, Very Knowledgable, very helpful in explaining Technical Stuff to an Un Technical Person. He was Patient and kind. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Danny and Hello Tech Today!. I was not able to do everything I wanted, but Thats because I need one more product and he told me what to get. I really appreciate him putting on my two door locks and teaching me how to use one. The other is just a regular lock.
He made sure I understood how to use the keyless entry lock and reset codes. Adjusted so door closed right. Very pleasant guy.

Tech was friendly and competent. Tech was unaware that there were two installations. Video doorbell (he knew) and Smart lock (which he was unaware of). Both were listed on my confirmation. He called in, got confirmation, and completed the installation.
My tech said that there was an issue with my door lock system, and not the smart lock itself, and that someone from HelloTech would contact me for a follow-up quote to replace the entire door lock system. Nobody has contacted me yet and it has been multiple days.
