The website says this is for 2 travel pillows, but this is not the case. I only received one pillow and when I called ebags I was told that it is incorrectly advertised on the website, but they did not offer to honor it. In fact the customer service representative told me that they don't offer ANY 2 set travel pillows. She did say that she would send a call tag and refund my original shipping. Still it's disappointing and a hassle.
