This is my second pair. The old pair is still working fine after 2.5 years, but I like them so much, I wanted backups. I keep the old ones as spares, which can be easily activated through the app preserving my settings.

I'm 3 weeks into my trial of Lexie Lumen hearing aids and there is a Big difference. I can finally talk to my wife in a busy restaurant. I can now go to a party and not say what over and over and I can finally listen to TV without blasting it. The Lexie Lumen is easy to use with their app so there is no fumbling behid your ear with adjustments. The app has 6 settings and a volume control. You begin with a quick hearing test in the app to set the aids up to your ears. But if it still doesnt feel right, Lexie can make adjustments to enhance your hearing. So far so Good with the Lumen and the support is great too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these. And the additional microphone is excellent. I fly fish a lot and have struggled to hear everyone else on the boat or next to the river over the sounds of the water when wearing my hearing aids. Now I can clip the mic on someone and hear all of the conversations. Fit well and the sound quality is great.
They seem to work very well. I would consider myself to have moderate hearing loss, although it might be close to severe. I can hear perfectly with these. I have very small ear canals- so much so that other styles with the microphone in the ear are too big for me. The smallest size cap for these actually fit in my canal just barely. Im getting ear molds anyway, bit this is nice to know theu might fit you if you have very small canals!! Also they have great tulip domes for larger ones. This has telecoil, but not Bluetooth. I dont care, I was saving money.
I used this unit for 40+ days at work and home. It is good quality of sound and easy to setup. Only one problem with battery, which discharging too quick. Also the new batteries already with 50% value are common. For such reason I will buy "Lexie B2 Plus" after returning "Lexie Lumen".
I was looking for an affordable option to hearing aids dispensed by an my audiologist. In 3 years they had doubled in price. After doing some research, I initially landed on the B2 rechargable hearing aids. I really liked the rechargeability and size, but was disappointed with the amount of gain and the fact that one couldn't program them individually. So I returned them and purchased the Lumens which apparently offered both. Not wild about the size, but was impressed by the gain and ability to program each. It did take some follow up as the programming on the app was insufficient. The reps I worked with were able to do ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING to increase the gain even more and raise the gain specifically on the speech frequencies. They work really well!! Still not wild about the size. and they are noticeable compared to my in the ear aids, and I do have to increase the volume every time I use them, and I'm back to batteries. But for the price and performance, they can't be beat. FYI, I do have reverse slope loss which are hard to program since most hearing aids are made for high frequency loss. I highly recommend these. Reps are super helpful

Only reason I didn't give a full five stars is because they make a little noise while I am laying down in bed if they get pressed against my head. And wind noise on my boat is irritating enough to the point where I decided not to wear them in high wind situations.
I waited util I wore the Hearing aids 2 weeks. I believe the sound is as good as my expensive hearing aids. The help line is very good. They helped resolve a couple of minor issues. The app is very user friendly! The only addition I would like to see in the app is "customer preferred" settings. Every morning when I put them in, I have to adjust them to my references. Overall, I would recommend them.

The instructions were very easy to follow. The hearing aids have helped my life in so many ways and when I take them off my hearing sounds muffled. I love these and would highly recommend them to anyone.
