I read alot of reviews but I needed it to fit down my basement I really love everything about it.I didn't know if the all in one would work but it does just set your cycle and let it go that's it clothes come out dryer also just keep minor maintenance on it and you should be fine LG is a great product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this combo unit for my vacation home. It fits under counter just like a dishwasher. I was concerned about the drying capabilities since it is not vented, but it dries well, although not exactly like a vented dryer, but it is more than adequate. I love the space saving, the quality and the features. I am very pleased with my purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my washer/dryer about a month ago and love the convenience and efficiency of the machine. Fits nicely in my RV and cleans well. Quiet as can be.
Have used it for 2 years and I love it! Love to put it and forget about it until everything is ready!
I actually bought the other brand first, but that was so loud and didn't clean it enough. One of my friend strongly recommended this so I exchanged to LG. It is so quiet, nice and clean. I am so satisfied and happy with my new machine. Thank you LG! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this thinking I would eventually buy a tiny house and use it in kitchen. It's been in my 1 bedroom apartment for 4 years and worked great until about two weeks ago when the fe error code popped up and flooded my kitchen.. I was shocked at all the water. Needless to say was an easy fix and everything is working like new again. I use to put in a load and forget it and now after flood am a little paranoid... it is a really nice machine. My only regret was not getting the bigger size capacity. I do wash thin duvet covers alone and it works great. For a single person this is amazing and simple. For a couple could still work. I wash a lot of my dogs blankets in here with no issues. I was my bed linens every week in it. My towels also. No issues and everything always comes out nice and dry and wrinkle free
The washer itself has worked well. The installation was not so good. They left a mess of hoses protubing above the washer itself. Looks awful and I believe adds to the "clunking" noise that Happens as the washer tries to fill with water. It does wash and rinse well...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer stopped working after 1 year of normal use. Everything comes out wet or damp. I put in a pair of socks and they come out damp and I need to hang dry it as well. This is a total disappointment. I started going to an external laundry service instead of using this thing..
Bought this in December 2019. Within weeks, we had to get it repaired because the pump valve broke and now we have to call in another service because a metal coil has “popped” out. So many defects!! Yes, it save space. But it doesn't save time (+6 hours to wash and dry a small load, because the drier is seriously ineffective) or money (our energy bills have shot through the roof). Regret buying this.
Honestly the worse thing to happen to me this year. Apparently there's a sensor/ valve malfunction on the unit which caused the basin to over flow with water. The excess water ended up flooding my entire apartment. We had to turn off the main water shut off valve in order to stop the machine from spilling more water. The home is in the process of mold remediation and reconstruction costing us 10k + in damages!!
