[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using it for about a month now and I love it! The app is a really great feature that tells me when the tub needs to be cleaned, how much energy it's used, and allows you to download extra cycles. I have a very tight space (what used to be a coat closet) and it fit perfectly.
We live in a mobile home so we don't have a lot of space to spare. Excluding the cheap plastic washing machines from China, this was the smallest washing machine we could find. Also it's a lot more quiet than the ones used at the laundromat.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and it is working great. Handles more clothes than I expected for the size. It does a much better job of removing much more moisture from the clothes compared to a top loader. I like the added clean cycle feature that helps reduce possibility of getting mildew/odor. Surprised at how quiet it is for such a high spin cycle, although the vibration can be felt through the floor (not bad though). Also enjoy status information and control capability through smartphone.
Last month I decided to replace my compact LG washer. It was 12 years old and still operating perfectly but I was impressed by all the new features of the 2024 model. Each cycle comes out very clean and runs very quietly. I almost can't hear it running at all! My iPhone alerts me when the cycle is finished. All my appliances are LG and have proven to be most reliable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over a month ago and have been super happy with it. It is quieter than i thought for something that runs twice as fast as top loader washer. My clothes come out quite dry which take more load off of dryer. I love the notifications that i get from their app that tells me when a load is done, monthly runs tracking, energy use, and lets me know when i need to perform maintenance like running tub clean cycle. A little more than i originally wanted to pay, but just got my electric bill and it dropped, so that will offset it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this washer. It's quiet, economical band does a great washing boy clothes. A great purchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a smart appliance that I wasn't sure about, but I am now a fan..
I needed a compact, stackable washer and dryer to fit into my master closet. I also needed a set that was ventless to meet my HOA standards. This set hit all of the marks! I love the app and the notifications that I get so I don't forget to switch a load. I'm also very happy with the inside of the drums, there are no concerns about snagging fabrics or worries for delicate loads.
I have been able to use this washing machine for about six months now. It works OK, it is small, unfortunately, it's the only size I can get to fit into a little closet in my home. Well, this survey is not asking me my opinion on the dryer, which I had also requested some insight about. I have to say that the dryer is a piece of trash. Absolutely awful. I don't even use it. It is sitting on top of the washer taking up space. All the reviews say it takes a little bit longer to dry clothes. What it needs to say is it never dries the clothes totally. To try to dry two bath towels, takes more than three hours, and they're still not dry. They are still damp. Are use the full spin cycle, the highest level on the washing machine, hoping that it cuts back on the drying time. I tried to dry five T-shirts, and after five hours, they were still damp. I bought this washer and dryer as a set to be stacked, and I am absolutely so sorry that I bought it. I wish I could return them. But it's been too long.
This machine is 2 years old and flooded two floors down twice
