I saw the black Friday LG add on TV last night. It took me back several years. My husband and I purchased a washer and dryer set in 2009. It has washed many many loads of laundry. For one year my daughter and husband and little boy moved in with me, my husband, and younger daughter while they were building a house. The night we bought the washer and dryer, in 2009, my husband and I moved our old stackable out and installed the new ones by ourselves. I remember all of this so clearly because the next day my husband had a massive heart attack, (Which he totally recovered from). Sadly after 14 years and many spin cycles my washer died this fall. I have replaced them with a new LG set and hope I get 14 good years out of them. We are about to redo our kitchen and hope to be able to purchase LG products for it!!! If I win the money will be invested in LG kitchen appliances! Thank you LG!!
I can fit multiple bottles of laundry products in here. Only down side is Downey doest fit standings up.
We had pedestals on our last washer, they didn't have any in stock when we got the machine. It turns out we need them, we ordered online it came by truck. Very painless and reasonably quick shipping.
Finally replace my LG dryer after 18 years of reliable service and I upgraded to a latger 9.0 cu ft dryer. Since I couldn't use my former 27 inch pedestal, I shopped for a 29 inch pedestal. I could only find the matching graphite steel pedestal for a reasonable price on the LG website. I could have purchased a black LG 29 inch pedestal, but that would look really funky. Install was really easy and I appreciate the slight design change in securing the dryer onto the pedestal. Glad I got the matching colors and looking towards another 18 years of reliable service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pedestal matches my dryer and is the perfect height for my matching dryer to set a laundry basket right under the door to put fresh clean laundry in a basket rather than getting a arm load of laundry and getting it in the floor and has decent space to put my detergent and other household cleaners in out of sight out of mind

This is more a question than a review. Is there supposed to be something in the handle part (the space that the control panel occupies on the washer sidekick)? If not, is there something that should be where the screw holes are? It looks very unfinished the way it is. I’m wondering of something was left out with the installation since the washer sidekick was missing the measuring cup.

Buy local. Came all beat to hell and Sam's wanted me to fight with LG. Ain't going to happen.
