[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this about 3 weeks ago, and it's exactly as I expected it. Not designed for gaming, but I brought it mainly for a productivity monitor for video editing, work, and basic ruff.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fiancé bought this for me for our anniversary and since I'm starting school again soon. I am so glad that this screen is so wide. I can multitask and have so many things open at the same time all in one screen.
The ultra makes the monitor not seem as big as it actually is. It feels very well built and feature rich. We have been using this monitor for gaming and overall very happy with it. Colors are vibrant, response times are good. Overall it's a great monitor for the money.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this a couple of months ago to have a larger monitor for my at-home work setup. Wish I had bought it sooner as it has allowed for multiple excel docs fully visible on one screen, and I am fully comfortable moving it up and down on my standing desk.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After being in a temporary assignment where I was using two monitors on a windows 10 system, I decided to look into it for my home computer. While looking for the two monitors I ran across ultra wide displays such as this one. Ultimately, I decided on the LG 29 inch for a number of reasons. The price was very reasonable and its size fits my desk better than the larger ones. The LG software available online allows you to configure the monitor to use most any way you'd like. You can set it up as a dual display that behaves just like two displays on a Windows system or set it as many displays on the same screen. I like it in the default full screen mode. I can drag a file all the way to the right and it automatically expands to the right half of the screen. Then drag one all the way to the left to fill the left side of the screen. Dragging windows to the corner will fill 1/4 of the screen. It was very easy to set up, physically, and to configure for each of my computers. I couldn't be happier with the beautifully bright, crisp image on this monitor. The colors are perfect and the text is crisp much more readable then on my previous monitor. Everyone that sees it is amazed and immediately sold. Are use it for work and, since it has two HDMI inputs, I also switch it to my home laptop for personal use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use it for school and have it with my Macbook Pro. Perfect set up
I'm using it for business, I'm working on administrative stuff, I'm happy with it. I bought two, one for me using a Lenovo with a dock a Win 11 and another one for my wife, she is using a Mac Book Air, she is happy with it as well. I just missing a speaker, not a good one, to listen the radio or some sound from videos at Youtube or so.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to constantly look at excel sheets and needed a wide screen, the resolution of the monitor is good and is easy to connect to any laptop, I have tried with a macbook, chromebook and lenovo computer. I was hoping to be able to turn the screen vertical but wasnt able to do that
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Going from a small monitor to a ultrawide was the best decision I have made in a long time. My laptop only has one hdmi output and this monitor allows a dual monitor like setup.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple months ago and I think it is an okay monitor. It does not have 4k, but it's crisp enough for everyday use. The frame is not especially attractive, but that is okay. I am planning to use this with a monitor arm.
