In addition to the Ultrawide aspect ratio of this LG display, gamers can take advantage of a reduced response time of 1 ms thanks to built-in Motion Blur Reduction (MBR) technology and a typical response time of 5 ms. With AMD Free Sync Technology the display can sync to your graphics card to help prevent tearing and stuttering during fast moving scenes. For a complete gaming experience, LG has incorporated their Black Stabilizer technology into the monitor to brighten dark areas of the screen for a clearer view of the content. Setting up the display for gaming has also been simplified thanks to three gamer modes, two first person shooter modes, and an RTS mode. Configuring this LG Gaming Monitor is simple as it comes equipped with both DisplayPort and HDMI inputs. Perfect fit for the home office. The Ultrawide aspect allows for multiple apps open to work between. The Open Box was well packed and complete. Shipping was faster than expected.

I bought this monitor at the end of December 2018. After doing some research, I felt this monitor was the best one within my price point. This monitor replaced a 24in LG monitor that was 8 years old and still works so I knew LG was reliable. This monitor is amazing! It has IPS technology which produces a higher display quality and better colors. These were the first things I noticed when I turned on this monitor for the first time. This is the best gaming monitor I have ever purchased. I play a lot of FPS type games and motion blur reduction holds true. Easy menu navigation, great software, height adjustable stand and looks great. I had such a great gaming experience with this monitor that a bought another one. Bought it for my HAM station as an upgrade to 24" dell monitor. It made a difference. I was initially planning to install a second monitor, but this replacement solved my problem with screen real estate. I'm not a serious producer or gamer by any means but from what I can tell, this monitor is a great price for the length and color quality. I really enjoy the usb-c port to connect to my MacBook Pro and the On Screen Control software lets you multi task like 8 different windows at once. The only reason I give this a four star rating is that the blacks could be blacker and the bezels thinner. Overall you get what you pay for and if you handle it with care it's a quality product.
If you're looking for an 1080p ultrawide monitor this would be a fine solution. Caps at 75hz and has a multitude of adjustable picture settings. Setting up the monitor is pretty straightforward as it has a display port and 2 HDMI's to plug into.
I bought this product six months ago or so. The first monitor stopped working withing four day, then I sent it back for a replacement. Now, the monitor has small vertical lines (Only two, a small purple line and a green one) running down the screen. It is a great monitor, don't get me wrong. But it should be having problems like this only a few months after using it. And it is not the cables or power cord, but the monitor itself.
