Needed/desired a new T.V. Our 43 inch LG was still going strong so another LG it was. Great features, still exploring everything it has to offer. In our case this product has the best features for the price. The brand, price, and features make it an excellent product.

This TV have a lot options. You can connect to wifi, airplay, Bluetooth, use remote on phone through the LG app. Beautiful %26 sharp images.
I love the picture quality of the LG televisions.
Purchased to replace an 8 year old competitor flat screen. Very pleased with purchase and would recommend. Pros: Great picture. Only minor adjustments required to meet my personal preferences. Magic Remote is remarkable, provides both Bluetooth and IR Multiple Device Control Capabilities. (however, see below...) The LG TV responds to both Bluetooth and IR controls. Loved this as I can continue to use my "fancy" Harmony Programmable IR Remote Controller! Screen/Display settings stay with each HDMI Input, i.e. HDMI1 settings can be different from HDMI2 or HDMI3, allowing for device customization for viewing preferences. Cons: Onscreen Menu organization needs improvement. Settings are not always where expected. Magic Remote operation for attached devices (Cable Box, DVD Player, etc...) requires investment of time to learn proper setup. Overall: Give it a 4.5 star rating, deducted .5 point due to On Screen Menu organization and steep learning curve for Magic Remote.

I liked it got here on time - although recieved a text that it would be delivered another day - late. And they didn't pay attention to my "further delivery instructions"! But a TV is a TV. so . . . . . overall! Also thought it would be delivered from my local store - never expected it to be shipped from Indiana!
When I put detailed instructions to put the TV at my back door and they put in on my front porch like a billboard screaming come steal this TV, it ticks me off. I had to call my retired neighbor to drag it off the porch and to my back porch so it wouldn't get stolen. As far as the tv goes, I love it so far.
And politely terrible remote cannot use it at all. Tv only ok not what I expected.
