It is thin, rather lightweight, and has an amazing picture for movies, streaming, and gaming. Everyone in our family loves the tv and it's elevated all our entertainment! I'd highly recommend if you're looking to upgrade.
For the last 14 years, the only brand I purchased is LG and this one did not disappoint. I had not purchased a television in several years and was amazed at the number of features that were available. Particularly, the LG Channels. I found several programs I hadn't been able to find on streaming apps. Additionally, I did not have to read a manual to start enjoying my television. I turned on the TV, picked up the remote, followed the onscreen setup instructions, and began exploring all the new features.
This LG 50 inch Smart TV is great! The screen is very clear, has vibrant colors, and the size is perfect for our bedroom. It sits on my dresser and as it is so thin, it does not take up the whole top of the dresser. The remote is easy to use and adding the apps was quick to set up.

The sound is good but could benefit by a sounds bar. TV' companies should provide a longer power cord or an extension cord for wall mounting. I am very glad I purchased the LG product

Then I got home and my daughter in Florida said she just bought an LG TV. Now nobody researches products better than her so you can imagine my delight in knowing that I picked the right brand to buy!

The features are amazing, the remote has easy access to apps and it can control my Xbox system in-apps as well which is useful when I'm recharging my Xbox controller. I'm loving it so far, the volume is also amazing. It sounds very loud when it's only on 15! Impressive. Great quality for the price! Would get another one for the living room.

I've been watching a 24” TV in my bedroom for years and finally decided to go big and am I glad I did. I love the sharp picture quality and the sound is pretty good too, but since I have it mounted on the wall I think I might need a sound bar for better quality…not a necessity though.
