It has some new features that I'm hoping to use one day but as for now it does exactly what it's suppose to do, wash my clothes, and it does it perfectly, quietly, and efficiently. This one is .5 cu ft larger than my last one...didn't think it would make a big difference but I am corrected. It is a noticeable larger capacity . Glad I paid the extra bucks for the larger size.

Well I'm not sure i like it, its noisy, it has lights inside which is one reason i got it but there is no button to turn it on & i read the manual twice, i wish I got a smaller version or something with less buttons. I do like the chime telling you when it is done.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our washer was missing the rubber in the drain filter so water was running everywhere. Had to replace the filter. This washer is quiet. I dont like having to drain the water out the bottom. I still haven't figured the cycles out. It's a little overwhelming compared to my old whirlpool washer and dryer. It has a lot of features to choose from. I just need to figure out how to use them all. I do like the look of the appliances. Overall it's a great purchase.
I love the large capacity. I can wash comforters. Although my clothes do not come out clean. Theres not enough water to wash my clothes to come out clean. I have to run 3 rinses everytime to get the soap out. Also laundry pods stain the clothes because theres not enough water to dissolve the laundry pod.
No matter the size of the load, approximately 8-10 oz of water remain in the back of the tub after each wash. I have to run the spin and drain cycle every time. The machine is perfectly level and does not move at all during the wash. The drain hose is positioned properly. All items are placed in the drum according to manual instructions.
