[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in a multi family household Everyone here loves doing laundry now!! Sheets have never been cleaner! Very satisfying to hear the top click then for the water to pop on it's Hands Down Amazing!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this set not too long ago. However, this has been the best machine I have ever used. I love all the available option choices for load selection and it is super quiet!! My clothes actually smell clean coming out of this washer. I am VERY HAPPY with my washer and dryer set!!
I bought my washer nearly 3 months ago and am very happy with it. The tub is large enough to wash a comforter or large blanket and the option of a high water level is what I was looking for. I've had enough of trying to wash and rinse clothes with too little water and I always rinse each load twice with my last machine. I had seen a couple of reviews that it is a noisy washer, but I haven't found that at all with mine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Superb machine in all aspects. Quiet as possible, hard to even hear in next room. Agitation cleans remarkably well. Spin eliminates water and reduces dryer time & $.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the washer at the top of 2024. My Mom has almost the same washer and I loved using hers. the clothes come out clean and fresh. it doesn't use a lot of water, my old washer died. I had it 20 years though, so it served us well. This washer is quiet and efficient. I hope it served my family well, it seems to be doing a good job. my only issue is it doesn't have the short wash feature , like my Moms. otherwise I have no issues.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model has everything I wanted — extra large capacity, agitator, stainless tub, and lots of options. I am very pleased with the efficient way it uses water and the clean results.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product tears cloths. Reported for warranty and the agitator was replaced (it had plastic flash that was causing the cloth damage). Have only used once after the change so I need to see if the problem was fixed.
This is the 2nd LG washer in a row that we have purchased that has this issue. After about 9 to 12 months of use little black specs come out from the bottom of the washer and end up smearing all over our cloths. We use minimal detergents and tub clean regularly. It is ridiculous that a protect is supposed to clean your cloths actually ruins them. We bought the 2nd washer because we figured the 1st LG may have been an outlier. Unfortunately it seems to be a problem You can expect from an LG washer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this washer, unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. It seems to be too smart for it's own good, it senses first, then spins the dry clothes to the outside of the drum, adds a little water with soap and pretends to wash. The agitator turns one direction while the drum turns the other neither one actually moves the clothes although occasionally the agitator will grab a partially wet piece of clothing and stretch it beyond repair. After using the heavy duty cycle to wash a coat and winter overalls the coat came out with the same dirt on it that it went in with and yes I put the soap in, I'm not even sure how that's possible. I do not recommend this product.
I have had this washer for just over a month and have done at least 12 loads of laundry. Each time there was not sufficient water to properly wash my clothes unless the Deep Fill or Heavy Duty option is selected. The auto sensing feature does not seem to add enough water for washing. I know it is supposed to be a high efficiency model and use less water; however, to clean clothes you at least have to get them wet. I included a picture of one wash that after 8 minutes of agitating, still had dry clothes. I called LG to ask about this and they informed me that this is now the washer is supposed to work. They said that if I wanted the clothes to be wet for washing, I would have to override the sensing and use the Deep Fill or Heavy Duty option. This works; however, it results in wasting lots of water and/or longer washing time. I asked if there was a way to add just a bit more water and was told that an option for this is not available on this model. VERY poor designing in my humble opinion. I would definitely not recommend this model unless you have unlimited water and time to do laundry.
