Best place to buy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a year ago and have no regrets! It is a robust, stable, technology driven washing machine. For my family, I love to purchase appliances that are cutting edge and would last the test of time - this is one!! The last thing you want is to have a washing machine breakdown when you least expect it. We are very happy with this appliance and would recommend to family members of all ages.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where to start! First off I replaced an old smaller agitating washing machine. This is 1000 times better than that. I never wanted a front loader and was hesitant about a top loader and no agitator. Well after much research this definitely does not disappoint. One of the best features that this water saving machine has is, you can add more water! Many other competitors do not offer this feature and it was a must for me. It gets all of my clothes clean on any cycle. You also don't need that much soap which is always a plus. The basin can hold so much clothing sheets! I can do all of our bedding in 1 load now. I also only have to do laundry every other day and still have room in each load to add anything if needed. I can't wait to use this washing machine for years to come.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5.5 cubic feet this washer is huge. I love that I no longer need to take my king size bedspread to the dry cleaners because I can save time and money washing it myself! Built with TrueBalance anti-vibration system I am thrilled with how quiet this washing machine is. You can tell it's powerful and my clothes and bedding are spotless. Conserving water and energy is something we should all be doing so I'm glad this has sensing technology so it only uses the minimal water needed to wash the load and meets the energy star guidelines. The control panel has several one step selections for normal, heavy duty, bedding, deep wash, whites, oxi sanitize, pre wash + normal, delicates, permanent press, speed wash, waterproof and downloaded to fit all your washing needs. While most setting are standard I noticed some new ones for this washer and would like to explain them. The waterproof option is for items that say waterproof on it, such as mattress pad covers. The downloaded option is for small loads such a cloth diapers. The oxi sanitize option is when you're using bleach. While I enjoy the standard cycles you can always customize the settings for each cycle if that's your preference. The owners manual suggests running the tub clean cycle once a month to remove residue and buildup from the washer. I like the smart technology enables me to start it from my phone. I like the delay wash option so I can load and schedule a time for the washer to start after showers nightly when water use isn't high, you can delay a load for up to 19 hours. The stainless steel is beautiful and easy to clean!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced the horrible front loader with this model about five months ago. The close coming out of the old machine seemed dirtier and smellier than before they went in! Plus the front loader would rip the clothes, it tossed the clothes so violently in very little water. I swore I'd never get a front loader again. This machine does an okay job, if I don't use it on "Normal" because with this setting there is very little water, similar to my old front loader. (Check out the picture taken mid-way through the "Normal" wash cycle. Do you see water in here?) Similar to my old front loader it violently agitates the clothes so that they come out pilled and sometimes ripped. If use the added water feature it fills the tub up to the top, faaar too much. There's no way to adjust how much water is added, it's either none or about 40 gallons. Also, the feature where it's supposed to rinse the clothes by spraying water out of the top perimeter of the washer through the clothes as they gently rotated in the drum (which would make sense) isn't available on this model even though it was advertised to include this. Finally, although the silver color is really beautiful it scratches *very easily.* So now I wash the clothes on the "Permanent Press" cycle, which seems to add more water and is less violent in the agitation process. Similarly, the "Heavy Duty," "Bedding," and "Whites" cycle seem to do the job of cleaning but with a LOT of water -- probably more than what's needed. So all in all, I don't really think the measuring capability is really functional on this machine, as it hits the mark most of the time but the clothes do seem to come out clean.
I researched! I read reviews! I thought I was getting the very best washer. I was so excited. I am a laundry lover. I know it's crazy but I could not wait to get and use my new washer and dryer. Every load I did was so incredibly wrinkled. Items that NEVER wrinkle were soooo wrinkled. I reached out to the company and they responded right away. They sent a technician out and he ran the machine through it's cycles and determined it was working as it should. he advised me to wash on a cycle with a low spin only and use dryer balls. That has helped but it is totally ridiculous to have so many settings and only be able to use delicate / with extra water / low spin. M adjusting but can not recommend this washer or dryer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the item it's poor, because with less than 4 yrs. Old this Washer Machine already has 3 repairs and one of those it's a mayor repair with the main control panel replacement.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a few years ago and the first week I had it, the motor and spinning mechanism had to be replaced. I had not used it a month. Recently switch had to be replaced and the selection knob sometimes will not work. Before I purchased the set I have now I purchased an identical set that I gave to my son and it's still working well, however the quality between the two is staggering. Same set but not same build.
We purchased our washer a little over a year ago. At first, we noticed slight rust stains on clothes (we do not have well water). A service call was made and the bottom portion of the washer was replaced. The part was ordered before the machine was looked at so I'm assuming this happens frequently. The biggest issue though is tearing sheets, towels, and clothing. I think the items get stuck in between the drum and agitator. Small holes in clothing, ripped seams in towels, and torn sheets. There are also what seem to be grease stains sometimes. The towels and sheets were purchased new when we bought our house last year. I bought towels from different manufacturers thinking maybe one was a better quality and wouldn't tear, but it did. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Scum scum and more scum. It never ends. Balls of waxy dirt on my "clean" clothes. I bought the "new and improved" impeller to try fixing the problem. Nope just as bad. I do tub washes all the time. Does not help! I've never seen anything like it. Pour design? I'm not sure but this washer sucks I don't even want to give it a 1 star rating. I'd add pictures but step 2 isn't letting me click on it.
