We bought this TV about a month ago. We are still discovering features we didn't know about. The best features so far are the large 60 inch screen and bright ,clear picture. For the visually impaired there is a zoom feature to fill the whole screen and magnifies the picture. Also there is a feature that talks and tells you if you are using volume , HDMI, Netflix and so on This feature listed under accessibility and audio guidance is a super plus for my visually impaired husband. So far we love this TV and we give LG a thumbs up for the added features for the visually impaired. The only thing we had a problem with was the remote. For a sighted person it is great, but with a visually impaired person it was quite difficult with the small buttons. Finding the audio guidance has helped deal with this problem. It is also great my husband can now surf the web with a mouse and keyboard. I would recommend this TV to everyone and especially to the visually impaired. Outstanding picture quality.
Easy set up, when following instructions. Clear picture, good sound. Works well with our cable service including our DVR. Able to use our cable remote. Excellent for using the internet on it. Easy. Great value for a great price!
So far the TV is beautiful and even though it isn't mentioned on the box and the associate wasn't sure the TV does in fact have HDR and was tested to work just fine with my PS4. The ARC functionality also works extremely well allowing me to control my Onkyo receiver volume as well as navigate the menu of my PS4 with the TV remote. all in all i am very happy so far.
Returned a Vizeo E series 4k because it sucked and picture was to dim. Decided to go with a better LG. Picture is way better and more options. Great TV
TV is just what we were looking for the picture is great. My husband loves playing his xbox on it and it's very user friendly.
Fantastic picture for the money! Extremely satisfied with the product [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I bought this TV the other day because my local store screwed up and sold me the wrong TV, what was on the box was not what was in the box. So $500 later I decided to get this LG I've had good luck with LG in the past, and I saw that the first reveiw on here said that it had HDR. So brought it home hung it on the wall went through all the settings and the picture looked great. I had the original XBOX ONE hooked up and knowing that the XBOX ONE S had 4k streaming and HDR, needless to say I went out and picked one up. Hooked it up went through all the settings and that's when it happened the XBOX told me that the TV was not an HDR TV and I would not be able to take advantage of all the 4k features. Now I'm a Lil disappointed. Am I missing a setting? Any insight would be greatly appreciated, because I'm about to box the TV up and take it back. Other than that the TV is very nice for the price.
This WAS a great TV but it went black and won't turn on anymore after 18 months. 4K quality was awesome but I wish it was HDR. The remote had to be pointed in just the right spot to work but it was ok. I'm forced to use a spare until I decide to look into repair or just replace. Of course it's out of warranty so now it's a giant paperweight. BUYER BEWARE.
The main picture on the website does not show the silver frame around the TV. The TV itself is good for an entry level 4k TV, but the silver frame/bezel around it is distracting and reflects light. Bad design, good TV, misleading website.
