[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When selecting a stove, this is the perfect combination. We love it. It requires 220 volts 3 wire, (same as a dryer=208 slit phase) and Natural Gas or Propane. No other manufacture can cover all the bases, and still give Google Home a way to communicate with the Stove and oven. We have small grandkids, the gas knobs are like a good firm handshake, No child can move them. The oven has a controlled lock, that works perfectly and secure. A turkey roast cooked evenly in convention. The unit even automatically adjusts the temperature from standard to convention. What that means to you, is the cost to operate is less, (more efficient) and the time stays the same. Its clean lines completes the finish, and its flawless operation, controls and even google can talk to LG, make it awesome. This is a W and B Appliance competitor at cost average people can afford. Its worth every penny you spend. We could never imagine being happier with anything else. LG engineers did it right, and we are so happy.

Have had it 2 weeks now. Love the easy clean as first time we used oven spilled ham juice! Was so easy to clean with the easy clean feature. Also love that the convections setting automatically adjust the heat. The stainless top is very easy to clean with stainless steel cleaner and polish. Much easier than my previous glass cooktop. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range about a month ago and so far, I love it! It's dual fuel, gas top, electric oven, is perfect. The gas top makes cooking, every day, easy, with it's instant on heating and instant off, to stop boil overs and oops, burning something! The electric oven bakes evenly and is easy to clean. Perfect for the home cook that needs and wants a gas range and electric oven. Best of both worlds!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had kitchen remodeled and had to replace my outdated built ins. Researched for weeks to find a gas top/electric oven. Consumer Reports gave this one the best rating for ranges in the combo division. Beautiful addition to my kitchen. The directions on how to set up the wi-fi aren't accurate and without a lot of detail. Even my techie daughter couldn't get it set up. Can't get to the Wi-fi icon using prompts. I've contacted support but still haven't had the patience to figure it out.
We are very happy with the cooker. The range and oven work as expected. But there it one clear weakness, and that is in the oven control. The pin that the control knob attaches to is plastic and it broke off in my hand. The range controls have a metal pin. I don't think those will break off.
We love the features on this stove include its ThinQ connectivity. About a week in, the app said it was time to clean the oven. We followed directions exactly, using only the nylon scratchpad provided and distilled water. There appeared to be a mark on the bottom that was difficult to remove, so I scratched with the pad constantly for about 20 seconds. When I wiped up the water I was horrified to fine permanent scratches on the surface. What I had thought was dried food, turned out to be an imperfection in the surface. The irony is that the oven had only been used twice, and did not look dirty; we just wanted to see how the easy clean worked. Needless to say, we paid a lot for this stove, additionally spending hundreds of dollars to get the gas plumbed for it. I had also read the manual twice before it arrived, and was very aware of the importance of not using harsh chemicals or scouring pads to clean. I used only the pad provided by LG. I love the stove, but cringe every time I open the oven and see the permanent scar on the bottom.

The oven does take a little more time to preheat vs my old oven. But once its preheated it works great. I also find its extremely quite. I have no cold spots. It not only looks great but works beautifully.
The stove is really nice. Oven works great. We use the timer all the time. Heats up fast and bakes perfectly. We purchased the LG trim kit and that is a great fit for the slide in range. Back two burners no issues. The front two burners have an issue when trying to light. The right front seems to have a more severe problem. The problem is sensitive to the lite location on the control nob. Sometimes no issues. Sometimes a large pulsing flame. The instructions for the conversion to propane were excellent. The installer followed the directions. I can easily verify all the conversion steps except for the regulator. I saw him make the switch but did not take a picture. Enclose are pictures of right front burner. You can see "G" orifice has been installed along with the choke. Until problem is fixed, I can not recommend the range. Service has been requested.
I purchased this product on Black Friday 2018 from Home Depot. In less than 1 year the oven knob broke off and getting LG to fix it is next to impossible. I spoke to LG about 6 times between October 1, 2019, to Today November 25, 2019 and my oven knob is still not fixed. Today I was transferred to 3 people including cooperate depart. That person was the rudest of them all. She could careless about my problem with getting my oven fixed. I'll never purchase another LG product again.
