I purchased the 86" LG tv and have been very pleased. Everyone comments on the outstanding picture quality. With the LG being able to run 120hz as drastically improved the gaming experience. Very pleased with the purchase and highly recommended!

I am really happy with the TV. The only thing I really dislike is the magic remote. I fine the "pointer" extremely irritating. It's difficult to manage, and moves all over the screen. I turned it off by unregistering the remote, but it keeps coming back.

Great picture! Side stand legs are awkward. Wish it had a center stand. The REMOTE is horrible !!! Poor design to many buttons to small visually and physically, I try to press one and every time fat finger the wrong button. Really cheap plastic. Just surprised at the lack of design and quality
You said on your website this tv was 120hz refresh rate but when I registered it with LG they said it's only 60hz refresh rate
Had problem with fittings on tv for mounting on wall , facing from back , leftside two worked without problem . Right side both fittings started hand tight butafter1/4 inch had to use force to continue .in order to stop unit from falling I Positionedmein front. Oftheunit to stop it . Had to push very very hard and screen cracked , did ot realize until Iturnedthe unit on after bolt install . I have several LG appliances and neverhadaproblem , actually purchased same unit at another store and it's fine . When I tried to interchangebolts on broken unit same result fitting in unit to receive mounting bolts no good . I submittted forwarrenty repair . Problem was poor workmanship on bolt receiver fittings
