Love the big size so I'm doing less laundry loads! The feature to get updates when my laundry is done has been great too since I'm busy and often forget about it. Looks great, dries fast, and huge!
I love the size and the options for the dryer. My husband especially loves the tune that plays at the end of each load and it helps him to smile when he is doing his laundry. The size of the drum is also outstanding as we do loads of big towels [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I have had this for a while now, and I love it! The steam option is amazing and I use it often. Saves me time on ironing and freshens my clothes.
She can finally wash our king size comforter we purchased the small washer underneath and she does 2 loads at once fantastic! She doesn't mind the laundry now!!!
Purchased a few months ago, no current issues, will post any future issues. I recommend purchasing a new surge protection devise to plug the washer and gas dryer into . We have had the set for almost a year. It takes a very large load so there is no need to go to a laundromat for large loads. The controls though are too easy to hit accidentally and I wish the controls would stay on the last place I had them instead of always going back to the first setting. I gave this a 4 out of 5 mainly because when you spend $1799 on a item you kind of expect the product to come with all the accessories. Well, it doesn't. Looking in the manual I see that the Dryer Rack is in the "Optional accessories" category and the manual says to look on LG.com to order the accessories. Well, I looked and looked and looked and still can't find the dryer rack Part Number AHB73109002... The dryer works great. Just wish that it was complete. We bought this unit to match the washer/side-kick combination we ordered. Steam feature is great to get wrinkles out or to sanitize stuffed toys. Normal setting does not adequately dry towels or sheets; must use Heavy Duty and/or added Timed Dry. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Bought DLEX 9000V dryer, accompanying washer, Styler, kick washer and under storage drawer, the whole shabang, Nov. 2020. Two and a half yrs. later the dryer MOTOR is fried!! Unreal!! No unusual situations, no moves, etc. I talked to appliance repair shop and now paying 1/2 the original cost to have it fixed!! They also said LG is poor when it comes to reliability, always have calls on it. Lesson learned, no more LG after this.
