I was able to locate the correct size for the wall mount A/C unit. Not many places carry this size. LG is a brand name company and comparing pricing to other brands it's kind of a little high.
Cools well and doesn't take up any space in my small home. All windows are still available for use. It doesn't look like an afterthought either. The remote is a nice feature that I use more than expected. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Works good on my enclosed porch
It cools the room quickly! I ordered 2. my wall sleeve was a little larger than the ac unit but the units come with different size insulation strips to fill in the gaps. the frame is a great addition that separates this brand from others. I needed it to look as good as it feels and it definitely does. it does come out a few inches (like 3-4") but thats fine with me. the energy saver is a little annoying for me. it cuts off as soon as it reaches a certain temp but then it turns back on quickly once that air travels away from the ac. so depending on what temp you choose it will turn on and off on and off on and off and it leaves me wondering how is it possibly saving energy doing that LOL again it depends on what temp you set. it doesn't always do that. other than that, its great. i really only needed about 7,000 btus so the 10,000 cools my room within minutes.
Easy to install. This AC is 115 volts. There is a similar 240 volts. Good price at Walmart. Size your room but get a larger but.
I have not used yet since it is early in season. Based on my experience with other LG items, I don't expect any issues. Only thing I had wished for that it doesn't have is Bluetooth capability so that I could control by my phone to have it kick on when I am on my way home.
I bought this AC in June. It was a God send during the heat waves we had this summer. It worked well but I didn't like that it continuously turned on and shut off based on the temp. This might be me just learning the unit though.
Got this installed and it seems noisy although it is cooling well. Also, a plastic clip at the bottom of the filter cover is broken.
This item is returned items! Someone was installed but taken back to return to Walmart! Not band new item! The body of the ac is scratch and air flow mouth is broken cracked! Walmart send me a used item! But charged me full price! Is so heavy to return this item! And it's working!
