Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality I purchased this phone because of the size of the viewing area. The phone performed well to my expectations but there were a few exceptions... 1. Some pre-installed apps can't be deleted. If you do delete them, it somehow resets the phone to factory specs. 2. Installation of a memory cleaner/RAM booster is a must, since it does accumulate a lot of trash when surfing the 'net. If the internet trash isn't cleaned periodically, it does slow the phone down (common with other phones I've used). 3. Audio output is located at the bottom, when placed into my pants pocket, at times I'm not able to hear the tones, so I have to carry it upside down so that I can hear the tones. 4. When in speakerphone mode, it seems like the other person can't hear me that well, so I have to resort to normal use when making calls (turn off speakerphone mode). This phone has a slot to install a micro SD card to store apps. Like other android phones, you can move only a portion of a downloaded app, not the entire app itself, that would allow the user to free up space on the internal drive. The phone also has a slot to install a SIM card, but the card is just for acknowledgement that allows the Volt to be used on the Sprint/LTE network. You cannot install a SIM card from another carrier into this phone to be used on other networks. At first, my phone did not come with one (since my location didn't have LTE capabilities), so I called into Boost Mobile to obtain one anyway, just in case my location gets upgraded (and yes... the card is free for the asking). I am glad that I asked for it because in late November, Sprint had upgraded their towers here to provide LTE service, and it is fast. Once I received the card, I had to call into Boost Mobile to "initialize" the card with the phone, so that it'd be recognized in the Sprint network (not a difficult task). All in all, despite these few "quirks", can't beat the price I paid for it and can't complain about the service its coupled with (Boost Mobile). For my purposes I have gotten my money's worth with this product.
