I've had this phone for several years and it works great, never had a problem with it. My only issue is the charger. It charges really slow. I tried ordering a new charger from Amazon and when I plugged the phone in, the charger went POP and stopped working. Thank God it didn't blow up my phone. I can't find a replacement charger anymore. Got the phone from Verizon and they don't sell the chargers. There are too many choices for Watts, Amps, Volts, and Quick Charge versions. Will my phone charge with a Quick Charge 18Watt charger from Anker?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this phone for about 4 months. I have to plug it up to answer it sometimes, when it rings it doesn't light up sometimes , now people call I can hear them but they can't hear me.
Touchscreen just starts to go wacky few months after last payment on Verizon. No help in store (except buy a new phone). No help online except hours of run around. Bought new phone but cannot transfer data. After eight months new LG G4 (vs985) attempts to update and thereafter fails to boot. Total losses.
this phone overheats regularly. the tough pad is unresponsive at times. The Battery life is terrible, even with battery saver on. The phone also has troubles connecting to wifi and regulary disconects from the wifi. When processing things on the phone the phone is also very laggy.
