Love my microwave. It's very pretty to look at it stays clean. It heats well and it's extremely quiet.
Not a review yet. I can't figure out how to open the microwave door, it's latched but I can't feel any opening buttons to pop open the door. The manual is inside the microwave so unable to access it. Can anyone help me? Thank you. Joanie
First it is a beauty to have on the counter. Second the space inside is wonderful as well as the well balanced turn table. The buttons take a min to learn since different then usual but not bad at all. Great deal am very happy with purchase !!!
Best microwave I have ever owned. The construction is top notch. It's also quite nice looking. It heats things up very fast and I uniformly. The easy clean up interior is simply wonderful ! The cooking plate stays firmly in place, so there's no constant battle trying to reset the plate back in its proper position. The one minor issue I'm not thrilled about is that you always have to select your desired cook time from 0 to whatever. I miss the more typical one button touch for minutes one through 6. Also the stop- start keys on the outside do not light up momentarily, so if you are in a dimly lit room, or at night it can be hard to locate where they are. Especially when you're not used to a new and different appliance. However, that being said, I wouldn't let that stop me from buying this oven again, and I'm glad I did. So it's by no means a deal breaker. It's my first LG product, and I'm certainly going to consider the brand for a variety of future appliance needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this microwave except its interface for changing power levels. Adequate cavity size and turntable. (Note: the WIDTH of the cavity is about 14.5" and NOT 21"). I like the simplicity of the front panel when it's closed, and the sweep-to-change cooking time feature is kinda cool because it allows you to reduce the cooking time while it's running and not just incrementally add 30 seconds or 60 seconds. I love the operation of the microwave INVERTER. Smooth power delivery levels other than full-on. 10 percent means 10 percent power and not a duty-cycle of 3 seconds full power every 30 seconds. This is the feature that drew me to LG microwaves. I like smooth power levels, and I like changing power levels and cooking time on the fly. Where this unit falls down is that one can NOT change power levels on the fly. Can't modify it while it's on. Can't pause it, open the door and hit the power button and change it almost-on-the-fly. Nope. Gotta hit the clear button, restart some cooking time from scratch, select your new desired power level, and then hit START again. Once you've hit START, you can't change the power level again. Heck, once you hit START, you can't even DISPLAY your current power level. LG, what were you thinking? You've crippled the most attractive feature of this microwave.
The product arrived damaged dented on the top left rear I will be sending it back which is why I'm ordering another one. I have use this microwave before and very much like it. I'm just disappointed that I have to spend the extra time to take this one back because it was damaged.
I ordered this product, and shipping was confirmed with a delivery date. However, I never received the item, and the tracking number had no details except that it was created. I had to request a refund. If the company did not have the item, they should not list it. Furthermore, if they never had the item, why was shipping created? There was no response from the company. It was a waste of my time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] STAY AWAY!!! This unit develops serious rusting within 1 to 1.5 years! And the problem is that, it happens on the ceiling inside and you might not notice it for sometime. Serious health hazard and fire/radiation hazard!!!
Placed order two months ago and never received item. Walmart asked me to contact 3rd party seller who does not answer their phone or respond to Emails.
