Great value (for $60, get a modern phone AND $50 of Net10 calling time). Phone arrived quickly and all in working order. Easy to set up and use.
This is by far my worst purchase from Walmart ever! The phone turns on, I was able to add the minutes, but it does not have any service even tho I have service on three desperate phones all with the same carrier here. I can't wait to get back to Walmart and return it. I also spent several hours speaking with net 10 customer service and tech support to no avail. Hopefully Walmart will honor the $50 minutes wasted as well as the phone. I sure don't need minutes added to a phone that doesn't work. Next time I will buy one of those that comes with ten free minutes if I don't have service and a phone number by the time those ten minutes are used up I will return that phone too.
When i went looking for the phone on the walmart.com website i selected my zipcode and was told that the phone would work with my zipcode when i got it i could not activate the phone i was actually told by Net10 witreless that the phone would not work out in my area
the phone was a piece of junk. all you were really paying for was the $50 monthly minutes card from net 10
I recently purchased this refurbished cell phone mainly because it came packaged with a 30 day service card. I received my purchase well ahead of the delivery date, but after charging the device and starting it up it does not work the way it's supposed to. it constantly freezes, when i'm in a call it drops 3 out of 4 calls by restarting itself and the battery that came with it does not hold a charge longer than 4 hours if it has not been used. The deal was good but the phone was not. I guess i learned my lesson on refurbished devices.
