i got this phone when it first came out in 2020 i think. and just fell in love with it. it has alot of updates but after the updates its the best phone ever. battery life is amazing the split screen and pop out windows are great i can do so much on this one screen its crazy. if something happened to this phone id probably buy another one just like it
I am happy I bought this phone. I have used LG androids for years and really appreciate their reliability and features. This has a good sized screen and capability of holding all of my apps.
I bought this before Valentine's day for an upgrade from my blade android phone. I bought it also for more storage space and GBs. I had read a review that the battery lasts for 20 days which is not true. It lasts for about 3.5 days. Overall I like this phone!
I received my phone a few weeks ago. Pros- pleased with size, screen is clear, and transferred most calls easily from my old phone. Cons- it did not transfer all contacts, I had to enter them manually. The old phone ended a call by pressing a button. This has none, I need to press the power button for each call or it stays connected. My icons move on the screen from where I placed them.
Freezes up all the time. Does not run smoothly. I would not purchase this phone again. Not a good purchase for the price.
After receiving this phone I had nothing but issues getting it activated. Now that it's activated after less than a month I wish I had never spent the money. It's already freezing up and running very slow. It will just freeze just scrolling down a screen page,then a black screen and until it's ready I can't even restart the stupid thing. The only referral I can give is stay away.
Bought this phone and from day 1 it was a big headache. It freezes frequently. Had to restart 2-3 times a day. Playing any video was, again, a constant test of patience. When I had had it for about a month, I read a press release that LG was getting out of the cell phone biz. It is about 6 weeks too late for me!
Phone kept freezing up I returned the phone so I wouldn't recommend it I ordered a moto phone
After going through three tech contacts at Tracfone, the phone was locked up without a solution. They recommended sending it back AND they were unable to restore my old phone for use. I discontinued service.
Worst phone I have ever purchased. Screen keeps freezing up. Constantly rebooting.
