These are small and really easy to take. I have been seeing a lot of stuff pop up on this trace mineral and I said why not give it a go? I cannot say that I notice a difference in feeling but I don't think you're really supposed to feel anything. I mean how are you supposed to feel that your bones are not getting weaker with time? Anyway it's cheap enough where sometimes I double up on the dose. Cannot go wrong with this supp.

This is an inexpensive supplement that men should be taking every day. I have been taking boron for years. I am almost 72 and have been doing well. I take this along with other Life Extension products including their Super K which I consider a must.
