When we have stopped using this for a month, both my wife (66) and I (67) did notice that we were "sharper" with more acute memories than without this supplement. It does seem to give that added boost to grab on to those things just at the edge of remembering ... making the memory very sharp. We both have excellent memories and intend to do everything possible to keep it this way ;-)). !
I take this daily. The form of choline, alpha GPC, I use really well and notice if I don't take it. I also like the Phosphatidylserine. All component amounts are perfectly in balance with Life Extension's multi. This really is a great product that I would highly recommend.
