I have never had any digestive issues (am 79 yrs old) as I rely on the digestive enzymes with probiotics. It is a "one-stop" pill.
I have definitely noticed that my digestion is better with this product. A few months ago I ran out and tried another digestive aid, but it didn't seem to be as effective. So I re-ordered "Enhanced Super Digestive Enzymes with Probiotics", and am doing better again.
My wife and I have been using the Enhanced Super Digestive Enzymes With Probiotics, for a long time. We have also recommended it to friends and family, and they have also had good results with it.
My wife and I use this digestive enzyme at every dinner. It does not matter what we eat -- we feel good after the meal. And the probiotics are a health bonus to us.
I love taking this product before and after my meals, even if I forget to take it before and take it after it still makes me feel less bloated. Its less stress on my digestive health and makes me feel good!!

I think works very well. I am taking this for the same reason I use melatonin to sleep; as you get older your body makes a lot less of certain things you need. Like melatonin to sleep and digestive enzymes to process all the salad and smoothies and fiber you should eat for health.
