I've taken a lot of vitamin and mineral supplements over the years. Obviously, they are getting very expensive these days! Needless to say, it is refreshing to find a quality product at such an affordable price.
I take one a day with a probiotic that provides my vitamins. I needed something that was just minerals. This was perfect.
Seem to help me with feeling full after i ate and for a longer period of time.

I am gluten and dairy free. That being said, there are many minerals that I miss in my foods. My Dr. recommended that I need an extra boost of minerals. "Only Trace Minerals" firs the bill!!
I take this product every other day with magnesium, calcium, and joint formula. A good product which fills the gaps in the minerals we need.

There is a total absense of listing the customary 72 nutrients in a true trace mineral. This leaves me wondering if they are there at all???
