I take it once a day with food. I switched from taking ubiquinone and prefer it. I take it with vitamin C, vitamin E, and lipoic acid as they work synergistically.
Ingredients are pure and safe to take.
I have found COQ10 with Ubiquinol works well for my husband and myself! We've been taking it for years and we feel confident in the product and the team at Life Extension for creating this product and trusting our lives with it.

As one who is acutely aware of the ravages aging can cause over the past couple of decades, as an avid cyclist, I know how important it is to do what I can to protect both my mitochondrial health and heart health. This product provides some peace of mind on that score.
I bought over my married years all sorts of COQ10 per my hub's cardiologist. The stuff that is typically for sale doesn't have all the right stuff in it when shopping at the brick and mortar stores. Something is always missing so money is literally flushing itself down the toilet. Not this combo....nope not going to waste money with this combo! I LOVE how Life Extensions puts what the body needs into their pills. If the body needs another agent to better absorb the primary agents associated with the heart, they make sure its added. They get that and pass it onto us, me, my husband.
