ive used this before and its a good supplement for thyroid function especially if your cutting back on salt
I was exhausted, having an impossible time losing weight and living in a fog. Istarted taking iodine after some research and figured if I took it for 2 weeks and it did nothing I would stop. After only a few days I was less tired and after 2 weeks I felt like my old self and with a focus on eating healthy I was finally able to lose weight!!! :)
It has been everything I read about. Just as important as vitamin C... This is a must have product! I do believe iodine deficiencies are at epidemic levels in the US and no one realizes the health effects it is having on them.
This one little bottle is going to last almost a year. No taste or ill effects. Will purchase again when this one begins running low.

I'm a vegan who doesn't eat much seaweed, so I supplement iodine. I like that this has two different forms of iodine. I take 4-6 drops per day just to make sure I'm getting enough. It gives me relief from fibroid pain.
The content of the bottle is a just water, there is a no iodine inside. Please do not buy this item.
