These are perfect for doing prone leg-curls. Just use the door anchor and away I go. Another use, that's not the usual: Connected the two and made a neck exercise harness with a short light cable and a triple anchor handle. Just make certain you have a good grip on the handle.
Cleverly designed and very well made. Works flawlessly with Lifeline cables. They are comfortable on wrists and ankles. Well worth the price.
