Honestly I highly suggest new chapter! Ingredients are amazing which leads to the product actually working and being a big part of a health and wellness regimen. Immune support has been amazing to our family and I highly recommend to take this always to really just deter anything fighting against your immune system.

After researching mushrooms, I found that the ones showing Mycelium are not that good. Most are grown in mycelium that involve growing mycelium on grain, which is then dried and ground into mushroom powder. It's a simpler and faster process, but one that yields a far inferior mushroom supplement. Essentially, the product is mostly grain with some added mushroom mycelium for good measure.
