First off, I was expecting the spa to be delivered the first week of July (as projected)...when it arrived May 27, I was shocked, and excited. It was easy to move, unpack, and set up. My only drawbacks were: I had to call for the steps as they were not included in the package as stated, so I am awaiting their arrival. I also am new to spas so I don't know if it's customary to have to go out and buy a filter before being able to start. It should come with the first filter in my opinion (at least so we know what to replace it with later). Other than that, I am ecstatic with the purchase!!!!
This hot tub was a great purchase. The setup was easy and it was managable to move from the garage where the delivery driver left it to the back porch with a small furniture dolly and 1 other person. It takes about a day to warm up once its up and running. Like almost all hot tubs, 4 people capacity is a stretch but 2 is great and 3 can work. It also arrived two weeks ahead of schedule. According to Walmart it is still in transit and delayed so don't trust the tracking info, it will likely just show up in your driveway one day. They did not ship the stairs but the company was great and quickly corrected the issue. Very happy overall!
i got it a week earley. i was thinking of buying one for years.i seen it on here but was afraid to order it and have it shiped.but i will tell you this you can not go wrong it is way better looking in person.it heated to 100 in about 10 hours was very easey to set up.i am in it 2 times a day i wish i would have gotten it when i first seen it,IT IS A GREAT BUY.
I am very glad we purchased this spa. Setup was very easy once we got it to the backyard patio (which was not very easy, you will need a plan on how you will be getting it where you want it). It took about 15 minutes to fill it and it was ready to turn on. All features worked properly and it is a great addition to our patio. We just wished it had armrests or something.
I recently obtained the Spa as it seemed like and affordable, convenient and attractive item that would add to the look of my deck and the family R&R. I paid $2400 and discovered that it went down to 2100 a week later. Customer service immediately provided a $318. 00 price adjustment. The Spa arrived ten days ahead of schedule which was an unexpected treat. The delivery person from Fed Ex was not only pleasant, but he willingly delivered the item to the exact destination (although it called for curve side delivery). Installation was a breeze as the Spa is literally a plug and play. We have enjoyed the Spa for two weeks now, and it exceeds expectations. Thank You, Walmart and Fed Ex for a great experience and thank you Life Smart for the exceptional product.
After a hard day at work it is very relaxing
This was a great purchase. I put it in my garage which I am in the process of framing in to make a workout and hot tub room. I have a sport court type floor that the tub sits on so it was very easy to slide around into position. Doubt if it still is now that it's full. Water temperature started out at 64 from the hose and was only up to 88 12 hours later. Now that it is up to 100 it is a joy to relax in. I'd recommend it for sure. No sure how comfortably 4 people would fit in there but that isn't a problem for me.
Have only had it one week it seems to be a perfect fit for my husband and myself. Still waiting to see how it is going to raise the electric bill. Was very easy to set up. Everything Arives together and two weeks early. Happy to this point over all.
I was leary at first (thought I had a lemon!), after plugging in it ran for about 1-1/2 to 2 hrs then stopped, called Customer Service and the Tech talked me thru a couple of steps with the sensor, then it would cycle off and on - called the Tech back, told him I still had a problem. So then the Tech came out and replaced the control box and it has been great ever since!! Didn't really want a big and costly spa, my wife and I are really enjoying it!
Easy to set up, just fill it with water and plug it in! My kids are loving it and so am I.
