hastro specialist said regular probiotics that do not have live cultures are a waste of money, Sje said only the refrigerated kind had live cultures needed. I was soo Happy to find these and NOT be breaking the bank. I'm just sad that I went back to my local Walmart only to find...they're no longer being sold :'(
