My son is autistic. He LOVES this!!
I bought this for my 2.5 year old boy. I would say the first day it came he loves it..not love like. He played with it for a period of time. After that he haven't really play with it again. Even though its within his reach always. I must say it is just as pictured. I think it came with its own batteries, um no I think I put it in. When you have a boy, you go through placing batteries so many items you can't keep track. It's very bright and magically when running. Hopefully he doesn't throw it and break it. I don't think it will handle tosses on floor.
Great toy but be careful with little ones the bottom pops off easy and the batteries come out
This was a hit with the grandkids. They called it the star maker. Good gift for the money.

Just received this wand and its broken. I should have listened to the customers that purchased this, that said it was broken. And the battery department will not stay close. wish I saved my money
