Was really scratched up and dinged on the outside of phone..definitely not “ new open box “
open box a read the discription and said light scratches the right side of the phone has a gouge by the button, by the charging port has multiple scuffs scrapes along with top left corner. the screens were pretty good like they have been replaced didn't say anything about scuffs and gouges so that was upsetting especially when paid almost 300 and cant return as my phone broke and cant be without a phone longer then already been
The product item described like New, but found many scraches in the back of the device and arounf camera. The Battery health was 78%. I expect atleast 90% battery, but I am dissatisfied with this purchase.
Don't buy from this seller. I have received my phone with dent and damage on corner. It says Grade A but lie lie lie Don't trust this seller. I am going to return this phone. Wish there is a way I can remove this seller from Walmart website. Don't trust this seller.
Item description is not right..it is a used phone.there is no box at all
Ordered phone, I thought through Walmart. On expected delivery date, no phone. I went to track. Saw that it was canceled due to "suspicious activity". I have already ordered everything to go with it and now have a very disappointed child with no gift. I would advise to NOT order online from Walmart. It is not Walmart. Apparently, they sold me this through a 3rd party. With me believing it was Walmart.
