It’s a good product, but why make it almost impossible to get the capsules out of the packaging? I had to go to my mom’s house last night. She could not get the capsules out. I thought it would be easy. But no - I needed TOOLS to get the capsules out. Please consider that some of your customers are not physically strong enough to get your products out of their over-tough packaging.
Took this product before bed. After about an hour I could feel a little sleepy. Lasted for about 45 minutes and I was up coughing again. Terrible product
With all the warnings they didn't find room to put directions on the box you have to go online to find them. I realize they are required to provide warnings but shouldn't directions be included.
